I feel your pain, I am already sick and tired of this Chicago winter and it was no where near as bad as yours.

Although you can still have tons of fun driving in the snow ;-)

Personally, I wish there would be permanent blizzard conditions in DC. Maybe that way Congress would stay out of session and stop spending money they don't have.
